Learning Beyond Borders

Build a Future Ready Workforce

A workforce development platform that delivers culturally adapted learning and measures the impact.

The workforce challenge

One challenge. Every sector.

Organizations across every sector are struggling to prepare people for the rapidly changing demands of the workforce.

Government

Workforce programs must reach entire regions, not only the cities where training is easiest to deliver.

Employers

Critical roles remain unfilled, while candidates enter the workforce without the practical digital, green, and job-specific skills that industries need.

Education

Graduates leave with credentials, but too often without the practical skills local industries are hiring for.

NGOs

Communities most in need of opportunity are often the hardest to reach through traditional training because of limited connectivity, basic devices, and local language needs.

What we believe

People learn best when learning reflects their language, their culture, and their reality.

Workforce development works when governments, employers, and educators build together.

Technology should connect people to opportunity – not stand between them and it.

Meaningful learning compounds: stronger organizations, more resilient communities, sustainable growth.

Who we work with

We build partnerships that last

SkillsCulture works with governments, employers, educational institutions, TVET centers, NGOs, and development organizations to design workforce development solutions that create measurable impact.

Every partnership is built around local needs, industry priorities, and cultural context, ensuring learning is relevant, scalable, and aligned with real workforce challenges.

We don't simply deliver training. We co-create solutions that strengthen people, organizations, and communities.

Who is SkillsCulture for?

SkillsCulture is built for governments, employers, educational institutions, TVET centers, NGOs, and development organizations looking to develop workforce capabilities at scale. We're not a course marketplace for individual learners – we work alongside our partners to design, deliver, and measure AI-powered, culturally adapted learning solutions that address real workforce needs.

What makes SkillsCulture different?

Most online training assumes a fast connection, a capable device, and a second language. We rebuild courses around your workforce instead: taught by real instructors, in the learner's own language, with local examples – and every partnership is tailored end to end, from learning pathways and assessments to branding and reporting. It's delivered mobile-first so it works on low-end devices and unreliable data.

How is learning adapted to local communities?

Every learning solution is designed to reflect the needs of the people using it. Depending on the project, courses can be adapted through local languages, culturally relevant examples, industry-specific case studies, local instructors, and mobile-first delivery for low-bandwidth environments. This creates learning experiences that are more engaging, practical, and effective.

What languages do you support?

We start with Amharic, and the platform is built to localize into more languages as we grow. Early partners help decide which languages come next. Tell us what your workforce speaks and we'll plan around it.

What's available today?

Our offline-first mobile platform is live and ready to carry more courses and languages. Our first course – Google Workspace for Business, created in Amharic and taught by local instructors – is in production. We're early by design: courses ship when they're genuinely ready.

How does pricing work?

There's no price list. Every partnership is scoped around your program: how many learners, which courses, which languages, and how success is measured. We'll put a concrete proposal together after a first conversation.

How do we get started?

Send us a message or book a demo. Tell us about your workforce and what you're trying to achieve, and we'll map the skills gaps together and propose a pilot from there.
